Rich Pilat

Rich Pilat brings over 40 years experience as an insurance agent and former owner of Pilat Insurance Agency that merged with the Hrobat Insurance Agency in 2026. Born and raised in the Parma area, he graduated from Kent State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. Upon graduation, he joined the agency that was founded by his father, Stephen Pilat. Rich completed his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1992. He and his wife Diane reside in North Royalton and have two adult daughters, Jennifer and Sarah.
